The response window

Corrections usually get a reply within two working days; the rest within five. Include the page, the figure you read and the operator’s own terms line that disagrees with it – a correction with a source is a one-pass fix, and the page carries the new date once the re-measurement lands.

What this desk is not

This is not a complaints service and cannot intervene with any operator, hold funds, or chase a withdrawal. Disputes belong with the operator’s own desk and, failing that, the regulator that issued its licence – the recourse sections in the guides map those routes. The helpline number on every page belongs to the National Gambling Helpline, not to us.
